SASSA Will Take Solutions to Fernie Neighborhood

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently checking out the Fernie two Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render services to your community.

SASSA are going to be rendering solutions for example new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency mentioned it can be alarmed regarding the substantial range of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The purpose from the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme more info [ICROP] is to reach-out into a large variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is as a result of lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no entirely functional status sassa office focused on service the area on a regular basis. The provider level developed for intervention experiences a high inflow of probable beneficiaries, which makes it hard for your office to attend to all people who visit a service point.
